LOVE-EN-DEATH was a visual kei band that was active from XXXX - 20XX. The band was the second project of frontman Akihiko, noteable for the arrival of fellow bandmate and long-time friend, Kiyo (also known as Katsukiyo) onto the scene. The band had many members, noteably drummer Umeji and bassist Shin (also known as Ranmaru).

The band gained popularity and a steady fanbase fast, being on a major label in less than a year since it's debut. However, as popular and well-off the band was, it was plauged with controversy for all 5 years of it's activity. This included both backed claims and rumors ranging from sabatoge, money laundering, being seen on dates with fans and general antisocial behavior between the members of the band. Akihiko and Kiyo were the only members of the band who stayed all five years.
