Kaede and Ayako met online through Kissy Kissy Purr Purr forum threads. The two have seperate opinions on KKPP, which pisses Ayako off. Kaede isn't bothered, but she does find Ayako incredibly attractive and likes razzing her.

Naoto

Kaede met Naoto through his occupation as Ayako's assistant. Their laidback personalities mesh really well, and they're pretty good friends. She tends to be able to guess when it's Naoto typing for Ayako.

Yukio

Kaede met Yukio when he was dragged along to ComiKet by Eiichi. She thinks he's cute and has gone to a few of his shows and done live reports in the form of art.
